How do I report a bug?
Email us at waldrondigitalstudio@gmail.com with your app name, iOS version, device model, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
How do I request a feature?
We read every feature request. Send your idea to our support email with the subject line "Feature Request — [App Name]" and we'll consider it for a future update.
I forgot my account credentials. What do I do?
Use the "Forgot Password" option within the app, or contact us directly if you need further assistance recovering access to your account.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can request account deletion or data removal by emailing us. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
The app isn't working correctly after an update.
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, uninstalling and reinstalling the app often resolves post-update issues. If not, contact us with your iOS version and a description of the problem.
